Jodie Hymowitz

Professional Property Management was established in 1995 by Barb Foster, who is Jodie's sister and best friend. Barb has a long history of over 40 years in real estate in the Solano County area, and found the need to offer property management services to her clients. John Foster, Barb's husband operated Professional Property Management for 13 years after his retirement from Travis AFB as a Lt Colonel. In August 2008 he decided to retire completely and enjoy the good life with his family. John's clients over the years have been primarily military and his business succeeded by word of mouth and a dedication to helping Air Force families transition to Travis.

Jodie Hymowitz took over John's successful business and continues to maintain the commitment to great service John had established. Jodie has been selling real estate in Solano County for over 25 years and has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, short sales and foreclosures. Many clients utilize Jodie's services when they no longer wish to keep their rental properties. Jodie is a licensed real estate broker who was born and raised in California, currently residing in Vacaville. When Jodie is not occupied with Professional Property Management, he enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities, is a bit of a foodie and loves sports. His main focus and passion, though, are his two children, Ava and Aidan.
